How to fund Developers Account

Please Sir, what is the right way to Fund developers account so that he can start sending gifts/payments via the Restful API. When our team Lead clicks on Fund Account as per the link, https://blinksky.com/dashboard/fund . its requesting Card Payments details. My question is?. Do we have to Fund the Account using a real Credit/Debit Card or is there any Demo/Virtual Credit Info available for API Sandbox testing. Waiting to hear from you. Thanks

    You will not need to fund an account. You can initiate and send the available card without the need for funding.

    Thanks forgetting back to us.

    When we tried to initiate funding with live Mastercard from https://blinksky.com/dashboard/fund. We enter all the card details, Name on the Card, Card no etc. when I click Fund Account button, it Throws error Transaction Declined. According to API it says
    Note sandbox accounts must select a subscription plan and fund your account prior to making calls.

    My question is What is the right procedure to Fund the Account.?

    Do we have to select/activate subscription from here https://blinksky.com/dashboard/subscriptions. If yes what subscription plan can be used to activate sandbox developer Accounts. Thanks
